Your adventure begins with a morning departure from Arusha. After a hearty breakfast, you will embark on a journey to Tarangire National Park. The drive will take you through colorful landscapes and lively villages. Upon entering Tarangire, you’ll notice the unique giant baobab trees that dot the park. As you start your game drive, keep your eyes peeled for elephants – Tarangire is famous for its large elephant population. You might also spot lions lounging in the shade, zebra grazing, and giraffes gracefully moving through the park. In the late afternoon, you will drive to Karatu for your overnight stay at Eileen’s Trees Inn. Enjoy a delicious dinner and rest well for the adventures ahead.

Departing from your lodging, you will embark on a journey through the expansive grasslands that seem to stretch endlessly, offering a glimpse of the untamed beauty of the African savannah.

En route to the Serengeti, a thrilling game drive awaits, allowing you to immerse yourself in the diverse and captivating wildlife that inhabits this renowned sanctuary. The landscape unfolds before you, a mesmerizing blend of golden plains and scattered acacia trees, against the backdrop of an endless blue sky that seems to stretch to infinity.

As you traverse the Serengeti, keep your eyes peeled for the majestic wildlife that roam these plains. Witness the graceful movements of giraffes, the elegant horns of antelopes, and the dynamic herds of zebras as they graze in harmony amidst the natural splendor surrounding you. This morning, we waking up early to enjoy breakfast by 6 am before heading to Ngorongoro crater. The descent into the crater is a unique and unforgettable experience, offering the chance to encounter its diverse wildlife, including a population of hyenas, critically endangered black rhinos, elephants with impressive tusks, and lions. The beauty of Ngorongoro is truly breathtaking and will leave a lasting impression on your memory. We will have lunch at the hippo pool picnic site during the game drive, and afterwards, we will exit the crater and drive to your lodge for a relaxing overnight stay and dinner.

After breakfast, we will depart for Lake Manyara National Park. Upon arrival, we will complete the check-in process before embarking on a thrilling game drive. Lake Manyara National Park is renowned for its population of pink flamingoes, particularly noticeable during the wet season. The park also boasts a diverse array of bird species, with over 400 different types, many of which are waterfowl or migrants. One of the park’s highlights is its unique tree-climbing lions and large herds of elephants. Lunch will be provided at the picturesque Lake Manyara shore, allowing you to soak in the stunning scenery. Following lunch, we will continue our game drive until afternoon, at which point we will exit the park and drive back to Arusha.
