Day by Day

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

After arriving at the airport, you will be greeted by a Zepisa African Safaris representative who will take you to your accommodation in Arusha. Take the time to relax and prepare for the incredible journey ahead.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, your knowledgeable guide will pick you up and drive you to Tarangire National Park. This park is famous for its elephant families, which can often be seen by the Tarangire River. You may also spot giraffes, bushbucks, and hartebeests. Tarangire has the highest concentration of breeding bird species in the world and is home to ancient Baobab trees that have stood for centuries. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park and then head to your accommodation in Karatu.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater-Serengeti

Embark on a journey to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area after breakfast. Witness the majestic Ngorongoro Crater, a haven for wildlife. Descend into the crater and be surrounded by wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, and over 500 bird species. Keep an eye out for the endangered black rhino, as the crater provides one of the best chances to spot them. After exploring the crater, you will travel to the Serengeti, entering from the south.

Day 4: Serengeti Np to Karatu

Keep an eye out for predators, as lion, cheetah, and leopard may be spotted. In the afternoon, start your journey back to Karatu, taking in even more breathtaking sights along the way.

Day 5: Lake Manyara-Arusha

Look out for baboons and elephants in the thick evergreen forest and be on the lookout for the famous tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before bidding farewell to your guide. You will be dropped off at a location of your choice, such as Arusha or the airport, marking the end of your unforgettable safari adventure.
