One of the unique aspects of TBC Mara River Camp is its seasonal movement between the northern and southern plains of the Serengeti. Following the path of the wildebeest migration, the camp shifts locations to ensure guests have the opportunity to witness this natural spectacle up close. In June, the camp opens in the Kogatende region in the north of the Serengeti, near the great migration, and remains there until early November. This strategic positioning allows guests to witness the awe-inspiring sight of the wildebeest crossing the Mara River as they continue their journey northwards towards the Masai Mara.
